It’s Time for a Pause

As part of our ongoing commitment to equity and inclusion, we have decided to pause the NKG PACE program for the coming year to take a step back and reflect on its impact and future potential. This decision was made in late 2024 and is not in response to the current political moment.

We wish to be very clear that this is not a decision to end the program. Quite to the contrary, we're taking this moment to reimagine how our resources can achieve even greater impact and create more meaningful opportunities. We remain sincerely committed to fostering diversity in the coffee industry and look forward to sharing updates as we work toward a more effective and sustainable program.
